This policy explains how B2BCompare™ handles personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data we collect

The site is static and does not require registration. We collect no identifying data: the only form on the site is for sending a report about a price or a missing provider, and it asks for no name, phone number or registration — email is optional (see the dedicated section). Any data you provide voluntarily by email (info@b2bcompare.net) is used only to respond to your request.

Browsing data

Hosting servers may log technical browsing data (IP address, user-agent, pages visited) for security and aggregate statistics. This data is not linked to identified individuals and is kept for the time strictly necessary.

Third-party links (affiliation)

The site contains links to third-party sites (compared merchants). When you click those links you are subject to their own privacy policies. See the Affiliate Disclaimer.

Visitor reports

The “Report an error or a missing provider” button opens a form to flag an out-of-date price or a provider missing from a comparison. The form sets no cookies, loads no third-party services and asks for no identifying data: email is optional and used only to reply to your report.

Along with your message we store the page it was sent from, the date and time, the report type, the declared browser, and a cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address (not the IP address itself) used solely to rate-limit automated submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping published data accurate and in defending against spam (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Reports are kept as long as needed to verify them and in any case no longer than 24 months; if you provide an email it is never added to a mailing list or used for marketing.
